St Just in Roseland Parish Council is a consultee for Cornwall Council, and current applications and decisions are listed below. 

All comments must be submitted via the Cornwall Council Planning Portal, as comments by email are no longer accepted.  Anyone can comment on a planning application even if you do not live near the application site.  Comments can be submitted up until the date of decision.  Any comment received before the decision date will be reviewed by the case officer assigned by Cornwall Council, and all comments made towards an application will be published on the Cornwall Council Planning Portal.
